It is also important to scrutinise an operator’s business plans to a greater extent. As cities position themselves for 24/7 activity, leisure operations already draw in large visitor numbers outside traditional business hours. Linking existing other uses (residential, o ces, logistics, hospitality) to leisure operations during some of those ‘out of hours’ times could significantly boost returns.
