David Hodgson Head of Strategic Development North The opportunity In July 2018, Leeds City Council published the South Bank Regeneration Framework, which set out its ambition to double the economic impact of the city centre by transforming the South Bank into a distinctive and leading global destination for investment, learning, culture, creativity, leisure and sustainable living. The scale and location of development land available, on the edge of the city centre means that South Bank has considerable potential for growth. We can also expect HS2’s arrival to make a huge positive impact.
